Recruitment Cycle

5Cs takes a maximum of 3 months to select its candidate. This can include both online and physical interviews. In the case of physical interviews, there can be a maximum of 3 sessions without any allowance. Depending on the needs, computer tests, written tests, psychometric tests, or other position-related tests may also be conducted. Only selected candidates are given feedback calls within 15 days of interview. After this, all the documents of the candidate are reviewed before hiring and issuing an offer letter or appointment letter. 5Cs reserves the right to make any changes or additions to the recruitment process.
